Jerel Smith is the Founder of Melanin God Productions. He is an actor, screenwriter, director, and author. He has acted in multiple Theatre plays, short films, and a feature films. With his passion for acting, writing, and producing, he decided to start his own production company. He began creating his own projects of short films and web series to position people of Africa descent into lead non-stereotypical roles.
